About Precision Films
Are you a certified XPEL dealer?
Yes. Precision Films is an authorized XPEL dealer and we register the manufacturer warranty for you on every install.
Where are you located?
22 Gauthier Dr, Suite E, Epsom, NH 03234. Vehicle work happens at the shop; residential and commercial film is installed on site.
What towns do you serve?
Epsom, Concord, Manchester, Pembroke, Chichester, Pittsfield, Barnstead, Gilmanton, Northwood, Deerfield, Hooksett, Bow, Allenstown, Loudon, Suncook and Laconia.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Residential in-home consultations and commercial site surveys are free.
How do I book?
Call us, email, or send the quote form on any page. We reply during business hours.
Homes
Residential window film
Will home window film make my rooms dark?
No. Spectrally selective films reject most infrared heat while remaining nearly clear, so the daylight and the view stay.
Is film safe on double-pane or low-E glass?
Yes when spec'd correctly. We match film absorption to your glass makeup so it stays inside safe thermal-stress limits.
How long does residential film last?
Decades indoors, with a lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, cracking and color change.
Can I do one room at a time?
Yes. Most homeowners start with the worst room or two and phase the rest later.
How long does the install take?
Most homes are finished in a single day.
Buildings
Commercial window film
Can you install outside business hours?
Yes. Most commercial work is scheduled evenings and weekends so you never lose operating time.
How is a commercial job priced?
By glass count, glass type, elevation, film selection and access — quoted as line items so it can be phased.
Do you work with property managers on multiple buildings?
Yes. We can standardize one film spec across a portfolio.
Does film affect our glazing warranty?
We select film rated for your glass makeup so manufacturer warranties stay intact.
Can film reduce our cooling costs?
It reduces solar heat gain, which reduces cooling load. Actual savings depend on the building, glass and HVAC.
Vehicles
Automotive tint, PPF & coating
How dark can I legally tint in New Hampshire?
Front sides must allow more than 70% VLT; rear sides and back glass more than 35%. See our NH tint law page.
Do you remove old failing tint?
Yes. We remove bubbled or purpling film and clean the adhesive before installing new film — mention it when booking so we allow the time.
How long does a vehicle take?
A typical sedan tint is a few hours. PPF and ceramic coating are multi-day because of prep and cure time.
Does ceramic tint interfere with signals?
No. Ceramic film is non-metallic, so GPS, cell, radio and keyless entry are unaffected.
Do you tint Teslas and EVs?
Yes, including large panoramic glass roofs, using vehicle-specific patterns.
Still have a question?
Call the shop or send it through the form — we answer honestly, even when the answer is 'you don't need that.'
