Terms of Service
The ground rules for using this website and requesting work from Precision Films Window Tinting.
Terms
Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Quotes and estimates
Anything shown on this site is general information, not an offer or a binding price. A price is only firm once we provide it in writing after seeing the vehicle, the glass or the building. Film performance figures come from manufacturer published specifications and vary by film, glass type and installation conditions.
Requests you send us
When you submit a quote request you confirm the details are accurate and that you own the vehicle or property, or are authorized to request work on it. Submitting a request does not create a booking until we confirm it.
Legal tint limits
Vehicle window tint is regulated by state law. We install to New Hampshire limits unless a valid medical exemption is provided. See our NH window tint law guide. You are responsible for compliance in any other state where the vehicle is registered or driven.
Warranty
Film products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we register on your behalf. That warranty is issued by the manufacturer and governed by its own terms. Our workmanship is covered separately — ask us for the current terms in writing before booking.
Content and photos
Text, layout, logos and photography on this site belong to Precision Films Window Tinting or its licensors and may not be copied or republished without permission. Brand names shown are the property of their respective owners.
Third-party links and embeds
We link to and embed content from other companies, including our quote form and mapping provider. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. See our Cookie Policy.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its general information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
